NO SMOKING

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suite, bathroom, and all indoor areas of the property. This restriction also includes e-cigarettes and heated tobacco devices (such as IQOS): in addition to being forbidden, their vapor can trigger the sensitive smoke detectors installed in the room and throughout the building. Thank you for your cooperation in keeping the environment fresh and safe for everyone!

QUIET HOURS

Respecting Everyone's Rest: To ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for all our guests, quiet hours start at 11:00 PM. We kindly ask you to keep noise levels to a minimum in the rooms and common areas, and to keep the TV and audio devices at a low volume during the night. Thank you for your consideration!

Check-out Policy

We kindly remind you that check-out must be completed strictly by 10:00 AM on your departure day. Adhering to this time is of utmost importance to us. As our suites are richly detailed and sophisticated, our housekeepers require adequate time to thoroughly clean, prepare, and sanitize every space. Vacating the room by 10:00 AM shows great consideration both for our team's work and for the next guests who will be arriving. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding!
